Agreement

By accessing and using SoftDomi's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SoftDomi.

SoftDomi provides software development services including:

Web application development
Mobile application development
Custom software solutions
Cloud solutions and deployment
AI and machine learning implementations
Cybersecurity solutions
Consulting and technical support

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete project requirements
Respond to communications in a timely manner
Provide necessary access to systems and resources
Make payments according to agreed terms
Respect intellectual property rights
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Payment Terms

Payment Schedule: Payments are due according to the milestone schedule outlined in the project agreement.

Late Payments: A 1.5% monthly service charge may be applied to overdue accounts.

Refunds: Refunds are provided only for work not yet commenced, subject to cancellation terms.

Currency: All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

Client Ownership: Upon full payment, clients own the custom code developed specifically for their project.

SoftDomi Ownership: We retain rights to our methodologies, frameworks, and general knowledge.

Third-Party Components: Some projects may include third-party libraries or components with their own licenses.

Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

We understand the importance of confidentiality and commit to:

Protecting all confidential information shared by clients
Using information solely for project purposes
Implementing appropriate security measures
Signing additional NDAs when required
Ensuring team members understand confidentiality obligations

Warranties & Disclaimers

Quality Assurance: We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

Bug Fixes: We provide a 90-day warranty period for bug fixes on custom developed software.

Limitation: We do not warrant that software will be error-free or operate without interruption.

Third-Party Services: We disclaim warranties for third-party services and components.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Termination

By Client: Projects may be terminated with 30 days written notice. Payment is due for all work completed.

By SoftDomi: We may terminate projects for non-payment or breach of agreement with 30 days notice.

Immediate Termination: Either party may terminate immediately for material breach or illegal activities.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.

Changes to Terms

SoftDomi reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
